Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Ground – Normally arrives within 3-8 business days
Delivery within 3-8 business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

• Second Day Air – Normally arrives within 2 business days
Delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some additional transit time required in Alaska and Hawaii. Order must be submitted before 5pm EST for the merchandise to arrive Second Day Air.

• Next Day Air – Normally arrives within 1 business day
Delivery by the end of the next business day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some additional transit time required in Alaska and Hawaii. Order must be submitted before 5pm EST for the merchandise to arrive Next Day Air.

• Saturday Delivery – Normally arrives next day on Saturday
Delivery by the end of the next day on Saturday to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some additional transit time required in Alaska and Hawaii. Order must be submitted before 5pm EST on Friday for the merchandise to arrive Saturday Delivery.

*Note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays

Cancellations
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellation requests after an order is submitted online. Please review your order carefully to ensure that there are no mistakes in your information before proceeding to checkout.

Email Confirmations
You will receive the following email confirmations upon ordering with SineNY:
1. Once your order is received.
2. Once your order is shipped. At this time you will also receive tracking information to check on the status of your merchandise.

*Note: Your credit card will not be charged until your item is shipped.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • NO REFUNDS
  • ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR INTERNET STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • ANY AND ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Returns
An item is considered an acceptable return if it meets the following criteria:
• must be returned with all original tags and labels attached properly in its original packaging
• must be returned in original condition – cannot be worn, washed, altered, soiled, etc.
We are not responsible for damages or alterations that may occur during the care and maintenance of an item.
*Please be advised that items which do not meet the above guidelines for an acceptable return will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges
• Return merchandise qualifies for an exchange only if the item is being exchanged for a different size.
• Items for exchange must meet all of the above guidelines for an acceptable return.
• To exchange an item for a different size, please follow the instructions listed below in our return and exchange procedure.
• Your exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your returned item.
• If an item requested for exchange is not available in stock, we will notify you and apply an online store credit to your account for the total amount of the returned item.
*Shipping charges associated with the exchange of an item will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return and Exchange Procedure
Our merchandise is thoroughly inspected for the highest quality in fabric and construction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply follow these steps to ensure the proper return or exchange of your merchandise:

1. Please fill out the downloadable Return and Exchange Form completely with all available information and email it to customerservice@shopsineny.com within 7 business days of the receipt of your merchandise to request a return authorization number.
*We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your request and issue you a return authorization number.

2. Please include a copy of the completed Return and Exchange form inside with your merchandise and write your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
*If the return authorization number is not written clearly and visibly on the box it will be refused by our shipping department at your expense.

3. Package your item securely in its original packaging and ship through a pre-paid and insured delivery service to the address noted on the Return and Exchange form.
*We cannot take responsibility for return merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping so please use an insured carrier that provides tracking information and proof of delivery.

4. Once we receive your merchandise and approve that it is in its original condition, we will issue an online store credit or begin processing your exchange.
*Any and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in your credit.
